Dear Phil and Neil,

We have used the services of M and R Joinery on a number of occasions over the past 8 years. The work they have carried out included a custom built conservatory, custom made front entrance door and rear door, the most recent commissions were 2 pairs of French doors and replacement sash windows.

The work has always been carried out to our complete satisfaction, to an agreed timetable and on budget. The standard of workmanship is excellent and finished to the last detail. The recent work had the benefit of a factory finish which is to be recommended.

We have found M and R Joinery to be very competitive on price whilst still providing the highest standard of materials.

We cannot speak too highly of the company, the workforce are outstanding, and impressed us with their determination to finish the most recent job for us on time.

There is no question: when we next need work on our windows, we will be contacting M & R Joinery. It was refreshing to find a company that combined professional workmanship with a friendly, dedicated approach to providing us with what we wanted.

We were planning to purchase a flat and were concerned with the state of the windows. Of all the firms we contacted, M & R were the only one that offered to examine the flat before the purchase, no strings attached. Then, after we finally bought the place, Phil visited us on several occasions, discussed options and researched solutions. We also maintained contact by phone and email, discussing plans. It was clear that this family run business takes their job seriously.

Once the job began in earnest, the team of workers was efficient and thorough. And then the fun began! Taking the old windows out was substantially more trouble than Phil had bargained for when providing his quote. However, the team diligently carried on, and the work was done for the agreed price. The windows are great! I trust these guys, and as I said above, I’ll call them next time and recommend them to friends.
